Shoes That Fit - VISTA

Shoes that Fit tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty in America in need new athletic shoes to attend school with dignity and joy, prepared to learn, play and thrive. We serve school-aged children (K-12) throughout the United States who are in need of new shoes for school. We match volunteer chapters and other donors with schools that have a high percentage of their students on the federal free or reduced cost meal program in the areas that the volunteers wish to serve. We also run an emergency warehouse to serve local children in need in Southern California. Our vision is that one day, every child in America who needs new shoes gets new shoes, allowing all children the opporutnity to reach their highest potential.
