Member Duties : Create a Communications Plan
1. Develop internal and external communication platforms that build awareness around community schools and allow for increased resource sharing.
Partnership Development
1. Assist with identifying and developing partnerships with organizations, including non-profit organizations, community associations, including the public school system and supportive individuals.
Leadership and Training Development
1. Develop and implement new trainings and technical assistance opportunities specific to the Maryland Community School field.
Fundraising and Sustainability
1. Assist with identifying and pursuing funding opportunities.
Data Collection
1. Design and provide technical assistance and support for an evaluation and data collection framework for Maryland Community Schools.
