Member Duties : Essential to serving more youth, New Door seeks assistance understanding demographic trends and recruitment strategies as well as support creating systems for securing and maintaining employment partners. This position will assist with outreach and program building in three areas: relationship building, infrastructure creation, and strategic outreach planning. Additionally, this VISTA will have the opportunity to create systems for engaging staff, volunteers, and graduates in recruitment. There are two types of individuals being recruited: the youth that utilize our program and the Ally business partners that provide jobs for youth.
