| Member Duties : The VISTA will increase the MIWRC’s capacity to engage extra-agency financial and human capital support for our mission. Specific activities include, but are not limited to, the following: Increase public awareness, community engagement, and agency fundraising capacity by planning and implementing agency events; increase agency capacity by recruiting, screening, training, coordinating, and rewarding/recognizing volunteers; and increase visibility of MIWRC’s mission and programs by creating and implementing a successful communications & social media marketing plan.
