| Member Duties : The Summer Associate will assist with teaching literacy to students; follow lesson plans based on the 4 Blocks Multilevel Literacy Framework - guided reading, writing, self-selected reading, and working with words; help plan and lead enrichment activities for students that are intentionally aligned to the literacy lessons- enrichment activities are centered on music, character development, physical activity, nutrition education, and STEM. Furthermore, the Summer Associate will aid the teacher on field trips- this will include activities at the Billings Family YMCA and in the Billings community.
