Boys and Girls Club of Cascade County (BGCC) is located in Great Falls, Montana. Its mission is to enable all young people, especially those most in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. BGCC offers a comprehensive youth development program known as the Outcome Driven Club Experience that focuses on three priority outcomes: academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & citizenship. BGCC believes that while the potential of Cascade County youth is unlimited, opportunities available to them are not. The goal of the Summer Associate meal program is to make fresh, healthy meals available to all kids when school is not in session.

Member Duties : The Summer associate will help increase access to fresh, healthy meals when school is not in session to all children 18 and under; coach youth in how to grow their own produce; assist cooks and youth in developing fresh food recipes and prepare meals utilizing gleaned produce; conduct a variety of outreach activities to ensure maximum community participation; and engage with kids and families at meal sites, and work to create a stigma-free, fun environment.
