*MTCC Summer VISTA- Bigfork ACES

Bigfork ACES is located in Bigfork, Montana. Bigfork ACES’ vision is to encourage each child to pursue and achieve their highest personal potential. The goal of this Summer Associate project is to provide healthy, nutritious meals to the youth of Bigfork along with enrichment activities that will help prevent summer learning loss. This will be accomplished through the SFSP meals program and careful program planning that will include; academic enrichment, STEM, Indian Education, sports and recreation, health and nutrition and community service. By offering nutritious meals and family support for working parents we will help parents keep their jobs, make more money and relieve the stress of feeding their children. Bigfork ACES has been running summer programs for over 20 years and the need grows stronger every year.
