| Member Duties : The Student Success VISTA at WMCC will have the opportunity to be a change agent and true innovator. The VISTA will be tasked with reviewing the student lifecycle, associated processes, and seek to increase recruitment, enrollment, persistence, retention, and completion, in partnership with internal and external constituents. This is a very important role and will work closely with a variety of departments. There is an opportunity for the VISTA to build an ambassador program comprised of student volunteers and work study students to help coordinate aspects of this project.
