The mission of Community Education is, “Engaging our ever-changing communities and partners in developing meaningful services, quality programs and lifelong learning opportunities for all.” We want to equip our youth with the skills, passion, and curiosity they need to make their future bright. That's why we are committed to offering high quality, engaging programs to youth in our community. By joining our team the Literacy Leader will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our youth and our staff by connecting the school day learning to out of school time programming. The projects this position will focus on are out of school time lesson plan development, interest area kits, a project management guide and a training series to align school day learning to out of school time programs.
