Pikes Peak United Way VISTA Leader
 
 
 
Candidates must have completed one year of national service or a Peace Corps term. The VISTA Leader will be a part of the Pikes Peak United Way team. The Leader will need to provide a sense of community among the new and current VISTA members. The leader will be responsible for broadening recruitment and supporting AmeriCorps VISTA members. This member will perform orientations and trainings for onboarding VISTA members and coordinate Supervisor trainings. The VISTA leader will compile reports from members, check-in with each member as required, and perform site visits at each location at least once per quarter. Ultimately, their work will ensure that VISTA members and placement sites feel supported, connected, empowered and operate based on CNCS guidelines.
