| Member Duties : The Summer Associate will support our Housing Outreach Program, assisting the Housing & Internal Ops Dir. with the Volunteer Project Program, our Community Engager & Lakewood Tool Box Coordinator.
Support Housing & Internal Operations Director: Develop relationships with residents, work with them throughout projects; contact volunteer groups and coordinating projects with clear expectations; prepare worksites with supplies; occasionally acting as on-site coordinator.
Support Community Engager: Engage residents through door to door communications; gather client documents to assist with available housing program support applications; help plan and coordinate community events; share information with merchants in the neighborhood.
Support Tool Box Coordinator: Distribute Tool Box fliers; sign-up and on-board low-moderate income families for annual Tool Box membership; connect new members with Tool Box Coordinator to learn about the tool inventory.
