Examples of areas of the work include Opioid Prevention and Response, Mental Health Services, Literacy, Homeless Services, and Youth Leadership. Member Duties : The vision for the Charleston VISTA project is to augment, cultivate, strengthen, and support programs benefitting low-income citizens by building the capacity of sites to carry out and sustain their work. The VISTA members of our project will work with individual sites to build the capacity of the organization to serve its clients. Projects will be based around building systems that will be sustainable beyond the VISTA term, and the content of each project will be specific to the needs of the organization.
