Global Game Changers Data & Impact Analyst VISTA
 
 
 
The Global Game Changers program endeavors to lift students out of poverty with in-school and focused out-of-school time experiences with a curriculum that promotes social-emotional development, leadership growth, and academic achievement. The VISTA will support our project by helping us continue to collect high quality data, and analyze that data to support additional growth and/or program improvement.

Member Duties : Join a dynamic team of AmeriCorps VISTA members dedicated to eliminating poverty. Help us build and refine a data infrastructure that will help us to better understand the impact of our programs. Receive training on a number of evaluation tools and work with our partners at the University of Louisville's College of Education as we work towards a longitudinal study. Expand how Global Game Changers views data and its possibilities. You should be passionate about data and how it can be leveraged. An ideal candidate would have experience with statistics, working with Microsoft Excel. In addition, skills should include: Data analytics capability linking multiple sources of data through technological tools Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Great attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
