Aims Foundation Stewardship and Outreach VISTA
 
 
 
Aims Community College is a two-year community college located in northern Colorado. Consisting of four state-of-the-art campuses in Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, and Ft. Lupton educational opportunity is affordable and accessible to more than 200 degree and certificate programs. The Aims Community College Foundation, established in 1979, supports student success through financial program support and scholarships. With a small, but mighty staff, the Foundation manages over 100 scholarships providing approximately $225,000 in financial support. The VISTA position is instrumental in supporting Foundation activities through donor stewardship, marketing and communications planning, event logistics and data management. The VISTA position has been developed to collaborate with current Foundation staff to design and implement a donor stewardship program, marketing and communications plans, event logistics and minor data management. What makes this position unique is your opportunity to create relationships with the Aims community in support of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. At times, you will have the opportunity to share Foundation information at community events, conduct calling campaigns to thank donors, design donor thank you events, and fundraising events. You will be the right hand to the team, building much needed internal capacity to cultivate philanthropic individuals interested in supporting student success. Essentially, you will be key to helping the Foundation maintain donor relationships to enhance fundraising efforts.

Member Duties : The Aims Foundation Stewardship and Outreach VISTA will help reduce community poverty and enhance the local economy through scholarship development for low-income students. The VISTA will be responsible for designing and implementing a donor stewardship program, designing a Presidents Inner Circle giving society, assist with developing marketing and communications plans assist with a variety of events, assist with building a robust volunteer corps in collaboration with the Alumni Connection and assist with scholarship maintenance.
