| Member Duties : The Multilingual Senior Services SA VISTA member will provide need-based multilingual assistance to foreign-born seniors in St. Louis across the broad array of services in tandem with the agency’s social service and legal team. They will focus on two primary objectives related to elderly, foreign-born participants of the Macklind International Senior Center: enhancing access to naturalization services for foreign-born seniors and providing development and direct service assistance for the Senior Center. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, access for low-income foreign-born seniors will be greatly enhanced in the areas of sustainable meal delivery programming and legal (naturalization) services.
