| Member Duties : The Volunteer & Development Associate VISTA member will build the capacity of Rainbow Village (RBV) by recruiting and leading existing and new volunteer groups in projects that make improvements to accessible community homes and RBV’s accessible, inclusive community center. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, they will help improve RBV’s capacity to provide accessible, inclusive homes and a community center that both serves aging adults with developmental disabilities and provides access to in-home care and day programs that include healthy meals.
