CEO Cincinnati

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is dedicated to providing immediate, effective, and comprehensive employment services to individuals with recent criminal convictions. Our highly structured and tightly supervised programs help participants regain the skills and confidence needed for successful transitions to stable, productive lives. CEO’s vision is that anyone with a recent criminal history who wants to work has the preparation and support needed to find a job and to stay connected to the labor force. The VISTA project aligns with the Economic Opportunity focus area. The VISTA project will seek to leverage cash and in-kind donations, cultivate new community partners, and assist with program improvement efforts to build the capacity of CEO Cincinnati. The VISTA member will contribute to the goals of the project by performing activities such as grant proposal research and writing, developing new program partnerships, addressing systems improvement, and conducting research for program innovation over the course of a one-year project period.
