| Member Duties : The VISTA member will assist with the daily operations and administration of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). In partnership with the Greater Cleveland Foodbank our location served 2,130 meals last summer. We hope to increase those numbers by offering more service days. The VISTA Summer Associate would perform the daily operations of serving meals and unloading the delivery truck. They would also work to partner with local agencies to provide programming during or after meal times.
This position will require standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., public speaking, community engagement, program planning and implementing. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as be an independent and well-organized worker.
