F&CS_YCSD_Health and Wellness Summer Associate

The Youngstown City School District (YCSD) is an urban school District of 5,300+ students grades K—12. Our students are 100% free and reduced lunch eligible and often come from homes where there is poverty. Youngstown is affordable; it is accessible from major highways; it is a city of multiple races and ethnicities and religions—with the resulting benefits of great food and a welcoming attitude. Youngstown is also home to Mill Creek MetroParks, a 4.500+ acre park system anchored by the 2,657 acre Mill Creek Park with beautiful dirt and paved trails for biking, hiking, walking, and running. Youngstown has a newly vibrant downtown area, but many of the city neighborhoods suffer from disinvestment and sub-standard housing. The YCSD seeks a motivated individual for our Health and Wellness Summer Associate position.
