| Member Duties : The CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA member will recruit participants and organize information sessions for personnel at both the SMCPS and CSM administrative offices; partner with Social and Human Services Agencies and strengthen existing collaborations; establish a series of workshops and programs to increase college knowledge. The VISTA member will lead a process of evaluation and improvement by creating and implementing tools to evaluate transition-to-college trainings and programs. The CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA member also will collect relevant data and promising practices from other college and university programs across the country. Assessment results will be shared via written report and presentation to the Division of Academic Affairs and the Division of Student Equity and Success.
