Blackfeet Manpower is known as a “Nit-Sit-Tah-Poh-Tahk-Kaaks” Working Friends One-Stop Center. Its mission is to provide education, training, case management, advocacy and support services to increase employability of those living within or near the boundaries of the Blackfeet Reservation. The organization’s main objectives are to increase occupational skill attainment, improve the quality of the workforce, reduce welfare dependency, enhance the productivity of the Blackfeet Nation’s economy, and secure a degree of self-sufficiency which meets each individual’s personal requirement for health, well-being and quality of life. These services are provided within the context of Blackfeet culture and with respect for unique Blackfeet needs.

Member Duties : Build Blackfeet Manpower’s capacity to strengthen the Blackfeet community through development, planning, and implementation of Family and Youth Programs at the Discovery Lodge.
