KAPS is different from traditional high schools in many ways. As an open-enrollment charter, we bring together young people from towns like Blanco, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Austin. Students come to KAPS for many reasons including smaller classes, alternative courses, our fine arts program, an individualized approach to education as well as our restorative practice model. We utilize project-based learning to achieve our educational goals and we focus on great art, great thought, one relationship at a time.

Member Duties : Our development association VISTA will work to gather and build resources for our school including, but not limited to, grants, donations, volunteers, new students, and marketing resources.
