Community Engagement Coordinator
 
 
 
The Community Engagement Coordinator will increase the capacity of ACYI to provide effective capability building support to the ACYI Partnership and ACYI Backbone staff and support effective communications on behalf of ACYI. The goal of this program is to gather authentic youth, parent, and community member perspectives to inform the work of organizations in ACYI’s partnership and improve outcomes for youth in Adams County. Supporting the program to: 1) develop and maintain Partner relationships to support all efforts to garner community perspective, including the Adams County Student Survey (ACSS) and Technology Enabled Girl Ambassadors (TEGA); 2) develop, maintain and make continuous improvements to infrastructure, including Processes and Procedures for the ACSS Steering Committee; 3) develop, maintain and make continuous improvements to logistics for administering the ACSS and sharing data from the ACSS with the ACYI Partnership; and 4) support the process for conducting TEGA research.

Member Duties : *Assist the Community Engagement Director to audit and assess the perceptions of, and uses of the ACSS by the ACYI Partnership to determine areas for opportunity and improvement in the development, administration and use of ACSS data. *Assist with the design of Institute trainings and sessions and curriculum that support moving the Partnership from talk to action *Support the development of Institute curriculum to support the Partnership in understanding and using data *Focus on equity in session design and process construction, including authentic youth engagement *Coordinate logistics for Institute trainings and sessions *Ensure discussions, decisions and action commitments are tracked and shared *Support stewardship of partners *Develop social media content based on communications strategy *Share information via social media, newsletter, website and other communications *Organize and maintain email lists *Develop website content based on communications strategy
