Sustainable, Equitable Food Access in the Rocky Mountains

Come and join our team in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Our VISTA member will develop capacity by building and deepening relationships with individuals living with food insecurity in Albany County, Wyoming, and developing opportunities with food producers/distributors and health and food organizations to serve them. The VISTA member will assist staff in assessing the influence of grass-roots community-driven voices and leadership on Feeding Laramie Valley (FLV) programs and the Higher Ground Fair development. The VISTA member will develop and establish sustainable methods for increasing participant involvement at all program levels, and increase FLV program capacity by developing events that include fundraising with the goal of increasing healthy food access.
