| Member Duties : The VISTA will increase capacity by focusing on four main areas. The VISTA will conduct community outreach that increases community wellness. The VISTA will coordinate local efforts to conduct economically disadvantaged people to health services. The VISTA will improve the delivery of health care services and education to prevent disease. The VISTA will serve the basic needs of low-income people by increasing access to nutritious food and promoting tobacco prevention activities.
