*PRC – Whitetail Ranch Center

In rural states, there are increased barriers to veterans receiving opioid and PTSD care. This project is to increase access to healthcare to low-income Veterans by providing specified treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and opioid abuse through a unique, holistic, long-term residential ranch. This project will move veterans out of poverty by providing mental health services and social re-orientation, resulting in the ability to live independently and sustain a job with a reduced risk of suicide. Located in the town of Three Forks, the VISTA serving at this site will have excellent access to hiking, skiing, fishing, and a short drive to Yellowstone National Park.
