Wyoming Children's Trust Fund
 
 
 
Wyoming Children’s Trust Fund is a Governor-appointed board that is focused on ensuring that primary and secondary prevention services for child abuse and neglect are available in the state of Wyoming. The Board is composed of representatives from the Wyoming Department of Education, Wyoming Department of Family Services, and Wyoming Department of Health, as well as five members of the public. In an effort to coordinate prevention services around the state, the Wyoming Children’s Trust Fund must determine service needs on an annual basis.

Member Duties : The VISTA member will assist in building a sustainable infrastructure for determining the needs of families based on community feedback and statewide data. The VISTA member will gain experience working with a variety of governmental agencies at the national, state, and local levels and will learn first-hand the importance of a systemic approach to prevention.
