East Harlem Tutorial Program

Through the use of high leverage teaching techniques that are grounded in anti-racist practices, our EHTR graduates are equipped with the tools to support students to succeed and challenge the world in and beyond their classrooms. With the decades of institutional knowledge built by our partner organizations and with our innovative approach, we aspire to be a model of change in the teacher training landscape. The Residency is designed specifically for recent college graduates and career changers who are looking to become teachers who are passionate about transforming educational outcomes for East Harlem students. We look for for residents who can build a connection with our scholars and the East Harlem community. Click here to meet the Residents.
