| Member Duties : The AmeriCorps Member will work directly to support consumers of MHAGC's wrap-around services, including the Reassurance Line and the housing properties. They will spend three days a week working with our Reassurance Line, calling case managers and other workers to assess the needs of the consumers of the Reassurance line. The other two days will be spent at one of our housing properties working with the consumers to assess their needs and assist with administrative tasks in order to meet those needs. The member is responsible for completing one phone shift a week for our CRISISline, TEENline, and Reassurance line services.
