| Member Duties : Join are team, and immerse yourself in serving a fun and diverse group of community members. Members will recruit volunteers, impart knowledge of all aspects of the program over to the volunteers, set up a system to make sure volunteers are trained properly, fundraising, grant writing, solicit in-kind donations, research funding resources, compile data bases, compile or update modules or databases to pass on to volunteers and staff, grow partnerships, put a system in place to teach volunteers how to train new volunteers, and make sure that volunteers are ready to take over all aspects of the program. Providing the underserved community with the tools needed to improve their future.
