Member Duties : The VISTA Leader will lead orientation and training to equip VISTAs with knowledge and skills related to their specific objectives within the project. He/she will coordinate four projects for National Days of Service; conduct regular meetings with each VISTA member to review goals and reporting requirements. Guide VISTA members in creating sustainability manuals; create and implement a written plan for project sustainability.
