Member Duties : The Communications & Partnerships Development VISTA will:
1) Observe, research, and assess the current touch-points and relationships Audubon
Center at Riverlands has with our partner schools and teachers while identifying opportunity gaps to
enhance Audubon’s RiverVision Leadership Program. 2) Assess current Education/RiverVision Leadership Project volunteer program, including recruitment,
processes, points of entry, and training. Gain volunteer feedback and understanding. 3) Conduct volunteer feedback sessions while documenting responses and developing resource guides and training materials. 4) Engage volunteers through training and volunteer appreciation initiatives.
