M:STL- Audubon Center Communications and Partnerships VISTA

The Communications and Partnerships Development VISTA member will build the capacity of Audubon Center at Riverlands by creating materials to enhance partnerships and further develop our volunteer corps to serve students participating in Audubon’s RiverVision program throughout the St. Louis metro region. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, more students will be able to be served with a lower student to educator ratio and partners will better understand the impact that RiverVision is having for students in our region. The VISTA Members efforts will address poverty alleviation by increasing our volunteer corps numbers and training quality so that we can continue to enhance low-income students’ STEM learning through conservation education, provide STEM career exposure, and create a healthier future for students and their communities. This VISTA Member will also focus on helping our partners understand RiverVision’s impact to increase support and understanding.
