Homeless Youth Systems Development Coordinator

There are services in place to preemptively assist homeless youth countywide, but services are often disconnected from each other and the funding to support them is insufficient. We need a community response to this problem that creates opportunities for programs and services that will attract homeless youth to seek out those services on their own. This VISTA will support local planning efforts and community partnerships that are developing and implementing coordinated strategies across multiple agencies and systems.
