Member Duties : - Research and reach out to local community organizations, educational institutions, and businesses invested in early learning.
- Steward relationships with current partners.
- Develop written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) documents outlining the roles and responsibilities of Turn the Page KC as the sponsor of the space.
- Develop steering committee responsible for recommending programming and utilization of the space.
- Pilot family engagement best practices. Develop and collect metrics around the model, and make revisions to the strategic plan as needed in order to ensure success.
Update partners and contacts as to the progress of the program and its fulfillment of goals, then introduce the volunteer/staff person taking over the VISTA role(s).
