Habitat for Humanity Neighborhood Revitalization Specialist

DuPage Habitat is in the midst of substantial growth and development. We are a midsized affiliate serving over 20 families per year and we have an aggressive growth plan that will continue to increase the number of families served throughout the foreseeable future. We are seeking to make a long-term impact on the supply of affordable housing in DuPage County and the lives of Habitat homeowners. The vision for the Greenbrook Tanglewood Neighborhood is to be a welcoming and stable community recognized for its diversity, families, and strong access to good schools, open space, and local amenities that empower residents to lead fulfilling lives and call this place home. We will revitalize our neighborhood by reenergizing our residents and collaborating with our partners to create safe spaces for youth, connect families to resources around the region, and provide a clear path towards homeownership. We will realize our potential through community partnerships, youth engagement, and a resourceful spirit that focuses on achieving positive impacts in our neighborhood.
