| Member Duties : The Earth Tub Vessel and Re-cycle Room Project Manager's major goal is to assist in the creation of viable employment opportunities for individuals with a range of physical and developmental disabilities. This will be achieved by increasing awareness and use of compost techniques and creating compost for public sale and use. The project manager will also repurpose plant pot containers for horticulture production and to increase awareness of the need to repurpose plastics for potted plant production as a green initiative. The Project Manager will do so by collecting records related to collection of compost materials and production, managing the Earth Tub Vessel volunteers, collection of Earth Tube Vessel compost materials, managing the compost curing process, and managing managing compost distribution and sale. Further, the Project Manager will also manage Re-cycle Room materials for repurposing and managing distribution, sale, and reuse of Re-cycle Room products.
