Member Duties : Expand the Coordinated Entry process for persons experiencing homelessness by providing assessments in a safe, neutral and private location. Provide increased engagement with persons experiencing homelessness by meeting them “where they are at” with no preconditions for involvement. Work effectively and constructively with persons from all ethnic, racial and social backgrounds; provide comprehensive assessment of participant’s ability/readiness to participate in housing stability service plans to meet the needs identified; develop and implement an individualized service plan that includes long and short term goals needed to assist participants with rapid economic recovery and maintenance of housing.
