NYC VISTA - Policy, Planning and Performance VISTA

The Office of Planning, Policy and Performance (OPPP) supports the ongoing development, expansion, and evolution of DYFJ’s juvenile justice continuum. As an oversight unit, OPPP provides technical assistance and monitors providers’ performance through data collection, analysis, site visits, and ongoing communication with provider agencies and other stakeholders. OPPP also oversees the juvenile justice policy development process, with the goal of bringing innovation and best practices into operations. In sum, this work informs Divisional efforts to identify current and emerging programmatic needs and procure funding opportunities for services that maximize engagement and positive outcomes for youth.
