Turning the Page Family Engagement: Operations & Development

Turning the Page (TTP) provides parents with access to resources and information that support their role as the first educator of their children at home, advocates for their families in school, and leaders within their school community. Our work is comprised of three core program areas: (1) Community Nights are fun and interactive evenings that include parent workshops, child mentoring, book giveaways, and a family dinner. (2) Parent Leadership programming provides extensive support and technical assistance to each of TTP’s partner school's parent leader organizations. (3) Community Resource Development includes organizing a series of learning experiences for families that leverage the resources of the community and connects parents to relevant local partners.
