Member Duties : Richmond Promise Summer Associates will further the mission of the Richmond Promise while building valuable leadership, facilitation, and project management skills through the following activities:
• Adapt Near Peer Ambassador Curriculum for Middle School Students
• Facilitate Classroom-Based Near Peer College & Career Conversations
• Assist with planning and co-facilitation of Richmond Promise College Success Workshops/Programming June 12, 13, 19, 22, July 13
• Outreach to Richmond Promise scholarship recipients to support successful transition to college:
• Support Expansion & Development of Richmond College Scholars Networks @ UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and SF State to support incoming freshmen
• Inform and prepare college access toolkits / strategy
