Develop web-based resource databases to support Program Manager staff and Community School Directors. This database will serve as a sustainable resource that will be easily updated and maintained to ensure that content is current and relevant. Assess, inventory, aggregate and create staff-facing resources to ensure that work is being completed uniformly throughout the office. Inventory and reformat existing DOE resources pertaining to elementary- middle, middle-high and high school- college articulation process. Cull existing documents from other DOE offices and use them to create digestible and applicable resources for Community School Directors.

Member Duties : Develop collection tool and system to aggregate practices and resources; identify gaps in resources; work with content experts to create webinars and materials to address gaps in resources; provide resource updates during PM cohort meetings and PM full team meeting; create scope and sequence for PM professional development and conduct research on relevant PD opportunities; hold informational interviews and network with other DOE offices to access all materials related to this topic; create Articulation Guide for Program Managers who support Community School Directors; create and host webinars for Program Managers, Community School Directors and other CBO staff; and produce an inquiry guide for Community School Directors. Use data regarding High School admission and enrollment to inform strategies to support families and learn from it what worked for those students who were matched to their first choice school or accepted to a high performing high school.
