| Member Duties : It is the goal of the Community Service VISTA at NHTI, Concord's Community College, in Concord, NH to utilize campus resources to support student success and increase access to higher education for low-income students in the greater Concord area. The VISTA will have a variety of opportunities to have an impact, such as by working to support and expand service-learning efforts, recruiting student volunteers for various afterschool programs in the area, and encouraging student involvement in service, leadership, and student organizations in order to promote college retention.
