| Member Duties : -Serve as mentor and instructor for GLP Scholars: Facilitate group discussions, team-building activities, and project-based mini-lessons.
-Mentor an assigned group of 10-15 students through early phases of college application and preparation process, including formulating a college list and drafting personal statement essays.
-Support Scholars in early development stages of community leadership projects
-Provide on-site support to program staff, including organizing materials, set-up and cleanup of events
-Assessment/evaluation of program
-Collaborate with permanent GLP staff members and additional undergraduate summer staff.
