| Member Duties : HHHWC proposes to utilize the Summer VISTA Member with promotional, operations, and fundraising projects. HHHWC’s Summer VISTA Member’s projects include:
Promotional Assistance
- Create promotional videos for the organization
- Edit and update all clinic documents with appropriate branding
- Collect volunteer and patient appropriate stories; then edit and prepare these stories for use in marketing and promotional materials
Operations Support
- Manage community garden vegetables and food and recipe program
- Manage Panera donated goods
- Assist with and then learn to lead clinic set-up and tear down (four times a month)
- Field patient and community requests
- Assist with patient and volunteer registration
Fundraising Support
- Coordinate and pick-up donations for annual fundraising event
- Assist with the planning of annual fundraising event
- Research and seek out additional funding opportunities
