MediCorps - Summer - Neighbor Services Project Coordinator
 
 
 
Victory Ministries (VM) Center of Hope is a faith-based community resource center serving the needs of low-income residents of Central Ohio since 1983. The Center of Hope serves the community with a choice pantry, free clothing boutique, free medical clinic, mental health counseling, and education, chaplain, and employment services. The summer VISTA member's primary responsibility will be to be involved with and improve the ability of the Choice Food Pantry to serve our Neighbors better.

Member Duties : The goal of the VISTA member is to serve as a project team member to improve the ability of the Choice Food Pantry to serve our Neighbors better. This will involve research, problem solving, evaluating processes and systems, and implementation of a determined strategy. In the course of any day, the VISTA may also serve in other ministry areas such as Welcome Desk, Clothing, or Intake. The VISTA member will be part of our overall team and considered staff.
