| Member Duties : Help create and develop a volunteer program for the new Family Shelter, including a plan for the sustained success of the program after the VISTA leaves. Help maintain and improve volunteer relations for all programs. The VISTA will work with Hesed’s Volunteer Director and PADS Family Shelter staff to help recruit, train, track and develop volunteer groups for recurring service in program. The VISTA will provide quarterly program evaluation and recommendations for sustainability. The VISTA will also help maintain and improve volunteer relations for all programs, and help communicate our Family Shelter volunteer needs to our current community volunteer groups and supporters.
