Member Duties : The VISTA project will build the capacity of LGL to recruit and retain at-risk girls for this unique out-of-school programming. The VISTA project will result in development and documentation of meaningful, sustainable outreach and recruitment procedures, resources, and training tools. The member will prepare and sustain program sites for implementation, track data on members, and support curriculum development.
