SEG Organizational Development & Measurement Coordinator

Based in Rhode Island, Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG) helps grow businesses that change lives, harnessing the creative energy of its entrepreneurs to cultivate high-impact, purpose-driven, sustainable businesses. Under the supervision of the Program Director, this full-time, Providence-based VISTA will work with the Venture Development team to improve measurement of positive social impact on the underserved communities. The Organizational Development and Measurement Coordinator will work to create, assess and improve engagement and of entrepreneurs and volunteers including those from marginalized populations. The VISTA will further support development of SEG internal organizational development processes including contingency planning.

Member Duties : -Ideate, develop, test, and analyze operational improvements for the SEG team; -Develop activities, systems and processes that support the measurement of key social impacts on the Rhode Island community; -Support data collection and improved impact metrics measurement through tracking, surveying and analysis; -Support the development of SEG organizational development processes including contingency planning for organizational sustainability; -Improve satisfaction of stakeholders through customer surveys and improvement projects.
