| Member Duties : The Connect Coordinator will work to ensure that iC.A.R.E. mentors matched with middle school students are equipped to deliver the CCAA 20 Day Game Plan to mentees efficiently and have the support and resources to build a positive, purposeful relationship. They will also work on developing and implementing the peer-to-peer mentoring initiative designed for high school students to mentor 8th graders.
