| Member Duties : The Summer Associate will be working directly with Housing Outreach Program. They will be assisting the Housing & Internal Operations Director with the Volunteer Project Program. The Summer Associate will work to develop relationships with residents and work with them throughout the project process. This position will also contact volunteer groups, determine a point person, and coordinate the project so that all parties are aware of the expectations. The Summer Associate will prepare each worksite with necessary supplies and occasionally act as on-site project coordinator. The Summer Associate will also be working directly with our Community Engager. They will engage residents through door- to -door communications. The Summer Associate will gather necessary documentation from clients so that they can apply for all available housing programs that will ensure a healthy and safe environment while elevating their quality of life. The Associate will also work with the Engager to help plan.
